Last years winner of Pokerstars Carribian main event, the Frenchman Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier, got of to a really good start in 2008, and 2009 seems just as successful for Grosspellier. ElkY wins the PokerStars Event yet again, not the main event as he did last year - but the $25K High Roller Event. This time the Frenchman took home a first prize of  $433,500.

The finale table featured a lot of skilled players such as Humberto Brenes, Eli Elezra, Daniel Alaei and Scott Seiver, but when making it heads-up, it only took ElkY one hand to finish off the final table. Will Molson went all in with his K10 and Elky called with AJ. The turn card was an ace and Elky, who had the larger chip stack, took home the victory.

Pokerstars, one of the best poker sites online, always manage to put together a great starting field for their live events. One thing is for sure, we all hope for Elky to make it to next year's event, and hopefully make it three in a row.

Here are the final results from the final table:

1st - Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier - France - $433,500
2nd - Will Molson - Canada - $228,000
3rd - Scott Seiver - United States - $137,000
4th - Liya Gerasimova - Russia - $91,300
5th - Humberto Brenes - Costa Rica - $70,800
6th - Eli Elezra - United States - $68,500
7th - Daniel Alaei - United States - $57,000
8th - Nick Schulman - United States - $45,700
